Add a Bidder

To add a bidder:

  1. From the Procurement Item Document Window, click Record Bid or choose Record Bid from the Select an action drop-down list to display the Record Bid Dialog Box.
  2. Select the Add a bidder and record their bid option and click browse to open the Select Bidder Dialog Box and select a bidder. Click Save.
  3. Click Continue to close the Record Bid dialog box and open the Bid Worksheet Dialog Box. This bid appears on the Bid Tabulation tab of the Procurement Item document window. Contract Management creates a new column for the bidder.
