Record Bid Dialog Box


Use this dialog box as a shortcut to add bidders and record their bids, or edit an existing bid.

Add a Bidder and Record Their Bid

Choose this option to select a bidder and record their bid. See Add a Bidder for information on how to do this.

Edit an Existing Bid

Choose this option to edit an existing bid. See Edit an Existing Bid for information on how to do this.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. Expand the Contract Information folder in the Project View and click Procurement.
  2. From the Procurement Items Log Window, either choose a procurement item document, or click Add Document .
  3. From the Procurement Item Document Window, either click Record Bid or select Record Bid from the Select an action drop-down list.
