Add and Edit Bids for Existing Bidders

Once you have added bidders, you can enter their bids for items.

To add and edit bids for existing bidders:

  1. Open the procurement item document window for which you want to record a bid.
  2. Click edit bid next to the bidder's name on the Bid Tabulation tab.
  3. In the Edit Bid Worksheet Dialog Box, enter the bids in the Quantity, Unit Price, and/or Total fields. Contract Management enters values automatically for any fields left blank.
  4. Indicate if the bid is Complete, or if it is a Plug value. Incomplete is the default.
  5. Enter any additional information about the bid in the Comments field.
  6. Click Save and Close when finished.
