Copy Cost Codes from One Project to Another

To copy cost codes from one project to another:

1. Right-click on the project to which you want to copy cost codes and choose Copy Cost Codes to open the Copy Cost Codes Dialog Box.
2. Click Select Copy From next to Copy from to open the Select Project Dialog Box, and choose the project from which to copy cost codes.
3. Select cost codes and click Add to add the cost codes to the Copy to list in the right column. Click Add All to add all of the cost codes at once.

   Note: The Copy to list shows the cost codes that are currently in the destination project as well as users that are being copied to the project. To remove a user from the Copy To list and put it back in the Copy from list, click the user name, and then click Remove. To remove all users and put them back in the Copy from list, click Remove All.

4. Click OK to copy them to the current project.
