Right-click on the top-level (All Projects) folder and choose Copy Companies to open the Copy Companies Dialog Box. This option copies contacts from a project to the database so they are accessible to all projects.
Click Select Copy From next to Copy From to open the Select Project Dialog Box and choose the project from which you want to copy companies and contacts.
Click Add to add companies to the list of contacts to copy to the database or group. You can choose add individual contacts from a company. To add all companies and contacts, click Add All.
