This dialog box lists punch list room definitions that can be applied to individual punch list items in the Room field of the Punch List Item Dialog Box. Once you define a room for a project, it is specific to that project.

Add

Click this to open the Punch List Rooms Detail Dialog Box to add an elevation definition.

Organize Rows

Click this to open the Organize Rows Dialog Box, in which you can set the order in which the categories appear in room drop-down lists.

Room

The abbreviation for the room.

Description

A description of the room.

Note: To delete a punch list room definition, click Delete corresponding to the appropriate item.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on a project in the Project View, and choose Dictionaries, Punch Lists, Punch List Rooms.
