Organize Rows Dialog Box


For dictionaries:

Use this dialog box to organize rows in dictionary dialog boxes. Click Move Up or Move Down to move the highlighted row to a different location in the list. Repeat for each item for which you want to set an order, and then click Save. The order you set here applies to drop-down lists associated with the dictionaries throughout Contract Management.

For filters, sorts, and groups:

Use this dialog box to organize rows in filters, sorts, and groupings dialog boxes. Click Move Up or Move Down to move the highlighted row to a different location in the list. Repeat for each item for which you want to set an order, and then click Save. The order you set here applies to how the filters, sorts, and groupings are used in a layout.

For custom fields:

Use this dialog box to organize all types of custom fields by module. Click Move Up or Move Down to move the highlighted row to a different location in the list. Repeat for each item for which you want to set an order, and then click Save. The order you set here applies to custom field lists in document windows.
