Use this dialog box to define rooms that can be applied to individual punch list items in the Room field of the Punch List Item Dialog Box. Once you define a room for a project, it is specific to that project.

Room

Enter an abbreviation for the room, up to eight characters. This is a required field.

Description

Enter a description of the room.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on a project in the Project View, and choose Dictionaries, Punch Lists, Punch List Rooms.
2. Click Add on the Punch List Rooms Dialog Box.
