This dialog box lists safety violations that occur on the site. These codes are applied to the Safety Violations drop-down list on the Incident tab of the Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window. Users can then select these codes from the drop-down list for any project.

Add

Click this to open the Safety Violations Detail Dialog Box to create new safety violation codes.

Organize Rows

Click this to open the Organize Rows Dialog Box, in which you can set the order in which the codes appear in drop-down lists.

Descriptions of the safety violations.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Safety, Safety Violations.
