Use this dialog box to define safety violations that occur on the site. These codes are applied to the Safety Violations drop-down list on the Incident tab of the Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window. Users can then select these codes from the drop-down list for any project.

Code

Enter a code for the safety violation.

Description

A brief description of the item or service.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Safety, Safety Violations.
2. Click Add on the Safety Violations Dialog Box.
