This dialog box lists causes of accidents on your site. These categories are applied to the Accident Sources drop-down list on the Incident tab of the Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window. Users can then select these categories from the drop-down list for any project.

Add

Click this to open the Accident Sources Detail Dialog Box to create new accident categories.

Organize Rows

Click this to open the Organize Rows Dialog Box, in which you can set the order in which the categories appear in drop-down lists.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Safety, Accident Sources.
