Use this dialog box to define causes of accidents on the site. These categories are applied to the Accident Sources drop-down list on the Incident tab of the Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window. Users can then select these categories from the drop-down list for any project.

Description

Enter a description of the source of the accident, which will appear in the Accident Sources drop-down list.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Safety, Accident Sources.
2. Click Add from the Accident Sources Dialog Box.
