Add

Click to open the File Numbers Detail Dialog Box to Define File Numbers.

Organize Rows

Click to open the Organize Rows Dialog Box, in which you can set the order in which the codes appear in drop-down lists.

File Number

The drawing file number abbreviations.

Description

The file number descriptions.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Drawings, File Numbers.
