If you have a filing system set up specifically for drawings, use this dialog box to Define File Numbers, then select the appropriate number when you log drawings.

File Number

Enter up to 12 characters for the drawing file number abbreviation.

Description

Enter up to 23 characters for the file number description.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Drawings, File Numbers.
2. Click Add on the File Numbers Dialog Box.
