Copy a Distribution List

To copy a distribution list:

1. Expand Project Information and click Companies.
2. Click Define Distribution Lists to open the Distribution Lists - Project Companies Dialog Box.
3. Click Copy for the distribution list you want to copy.
4. Enter an abbreviation code up to 12 characters long and a title for the new list.
5. Click Save and Return to Menu. A new list appears with the code and title you entered.
