Configure the Server

To configure the server:

  1. Log on to the Contract Management Administration Application.
  2. Click Server Configuration.
  3. From the Default Language for New Users drop-down list, select the default language.
  4. In the Project Reports, Forms and Letter Template Locations section:
    1. Click Add to open the Project Reports, Forms, and Letter Template Location Dialog Box and enter the directory locations for reports and forms. Click Save and Close when finished.
    2. Click Import Reports & Forms to import reports and forms from the locations entered in the Project Reports, Forms and Letter Template Location dialog box. This makes the reports and forms available in Contract Management modules.
    3. If necessary, click edit next to a multiproject report location to edit the report path and import the reports.
  5. In the Column Width section, select an option to set the column widths.
  6. Click Save when finished.
