Project Reports, Forms, and Letter Template Location Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to assign reports, forms, and letter template locations to a project, and to import them into Contract Management.

Name

Enter a descriptive name for the types of reports, forms, and letter templates. This field is required.

Report Location

The full path to the location of the folder on the BI Publisher server where Contract Management reports for the group of projects are stored.

Form Location

The full path to the location of the folder on the BI Publisher server where Contract Management forms for the group of projects are stored.

Letter Template Location

The full path to the location of the folder on the BI Publisher server where the Contract Management letter templates for the group of projects are stored.

Import Report and Forms

Click to import reports and forms from the locations entered in the Report and Form Location dialog box.

Default for New Projects

Select the option to indicate that the location for reports, forms, and letter templates are the default locations for new projects that are added from this dialog box.

Projects:

Add

Click to open the Select Projects Dialog Box to assign an access template to for the current user, or to assign report and form locations to projects, depending on where you access this dialog box from.

Add All Projects

Click to assign the reports, forms, and letter templates locations to all Contract Management projects at once.

Projects

A list of projects to which the reports, forms, and letter template locations apply.

How to access this dialog box:

Click Add or edit in the Projects Reports, Forms, and Letter Templates Locations section of the Server Configuration Window window in the Contract Management Administration Application.
