Select Projects Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to select projects to assign an access template to for the current user, or to assign report and form locations to projects, depending on where you access this dialog box from. The permissions configured in the access template are applied to the project for this user. You can assign one access template to each project.

Projects

Click Select corresponding to the projects you want to assign to the user.

Selected Projects

Displays a list of projects assigned to the user.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. In the Contract Management Administration Application, click User Accounts.
  2. Click Edit next a user name.
  3. In the Projects section, click Add Projects.

Or

  1. In the Contract Management Administration Application, click Server Configuration.
  2. Click Add or Edit in the Projects Reports, Forms, and Letter Templates Locations section of the Server Configuration Window window.
  3. Click Add in the Project Reports, Forms, and Letter Template Location Dialog Box.
