Create a Punch List Room

In the Project View, right-click on a project, choose Dictionaries, Punch Lists, Punch List Rooms. The Punch List Rooms Dialog Box opens.
Click Add to open the Punch List Rooms Detail Dialog Box to add a new room definition.
Enter an abbreviation for the room, up to 8 characters.
Optionally, add a description.
From the Move Below drop-down list, click the location under which to insert the definition.
Click Save and Close if you are finished. Click Save and Add Another and repeat steps 3 through 5 to add another room.
