The Project View contains a hierarchy of your projects. Use it to access your project’s logs and documents. For example, if you need to create or review a submittal, expand the Logs folder and click Submittals to open the Submittals Log Window.
Open a folder by double-clicking it. Close a folder by double-clicking it again.
Open a module, such as Submittals, by clicking the module name. After you open a module, the log window (which contains a list of documents) for that module is displayed.
You can customize the names and orders of folder and modules using the Folders Dialog Box.
When the top-level folder is selected (for example, All Projects), all projects are closed and the Workspace summarizes information for all of the projects.
