Use this dialog box to distribute the submittal review cycle to multiple reviewers.

Review Cycle

The selected review cycle number.

You can change this number on the Review Cycles tab of the Submittal Document Window.

Copies

Enter the number of copies of the submittal you are sending to the contacts.

Remarks

Additional comments or instructions.

Select

Click to open the Select Contacts Dialog Box, and select the contacts to whom you want distribute the submittal.

Transmit

Select this option next to the contacts for whom you want to create a transmittal entry in the transmittal log.

Distributed To

The names of the contacts you are distributing the submittal to.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Logs folder in the Project View and click Submittals.
2. From the Submittals Log Window, choose a document from the list.
3. Click the Review Cycles tab.
4. Click the Distributions subordinate tab and click Add.
