Use this dialog box to select the safety issues that were violated for a safety notice.

• Use the Search field to search for a particular safety violation.
• Click the first letter of a particular safety violation to go directly to that violation.

Click Select next to the desired safety violations to add them to the Selected Safety Violations list at the bottom.

Save

Click to save your changes and close the dialog box.

Cancel

Click to cancel without saving any changes.

Note: You can add safety violations to the list using the Safety Violations Detail Dialog Box.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Communication folder in the Project View and click Safety.
2. From the Safety Log Window, click Edit next to the appropriate document title.
3. On the Incident tab of a Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window, click Select Violation.
