Company Roles Dialog Box


This dialog box contains a list of acronyms that describe company roles.

Company roles are useful when sending items to a group of contacts. For example, you can send a change document to every subcontractor in the company directory by specifying the company role code SUB when you generate a change.

Add

Click to open the Company Roles Detail Dialog Box to Create Company Roles.

Organize Rows

Click to open the Organize Rows Dialog Box, in which you can set the order in which the codes appear in specification drop-down lists.

Acronym

The abbreviation of the company role.

Description

The description of the company role.

Type Name

The role's job type.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Dictionaries, Company Roles.
