Use this dialog box to choose a custom field to copy dictionary items to (they are copied from the custom field from which you opened this dialog box). You can also use it to choose the custom field from which to copy dictionary items (they are copied to the custom field from which you opened this dialog box).

• Use the Search field to search for a particular custom field.
• Click the first letter of an issue to go directly to that custom field.

Custom Fields

Click Select next to the custom field you want to copy dictionary items to or from. Clicking Save will overwrite the dictionary items currently in the custom field you are copying to.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Custom Fields.
2. In the Custom Fields Dialog Box, expand the appropriate document type.
3. Either click Add to create a new custom field, or click Edit next to an existing custom field to edit it.
4. Click Copy To or Copy From in the Dictionary Items section of the Custom Field Dialog Box.
