Use this dialog box to choose, preview and print reports, forms, dunning letters, or multiproject reports. The available page elements vary depending on the way in which you access the Print Dialog Box.
Forms, Reports, or Dunning Letters Options
Select the type of document you want to print. The available documents appear in the list on the right.
Reports List
The available documents. Select the document you want to print.
Click to load the document and print it.
Preview
Click to load the document to view it.
Click to open the E-Mail Dialog Box to email a report in PDF format. For users who have the Add Mail to Sent Log option selected in the User Settings Dialog Box, a document is sent to their Correspondence Sent Log Window when they click this button. If the Create Correspondence Sent record for each email recipient option is also marked, a row will be added to the Correspondence Sent log for each email recipient. If the Include email attachments in Correspondence Sent record option is selected, the email attachments will be copied to the Correspondence Sent log.
Save As
Click to save the report or dunning letter in a different format.
Close
Click to close the dialog box.
