User Settings Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to configure your user settings.

Receive Payment Requisition and Change Order approval

Select this option to receive approval emails for payment requisitions or change orders. You can then approve or reject documents directly from their email account.

Receive Daily Digest of action items

Select this option to subscribe to a daily email digest of your action items.

The digest email is delivered to your registered email address every day at 1 a.m. User addresses are set on the User Account - Edit Window in the Contract Management Administration Application. If you need to change your address, contact your administrator.

In the email, click the action item to launch Contract Management. After you log in, the related document displays so you can take the appropriate action. After you are logged in to Contract Management, you can click any of the items in the digest email and they will open in Contract Management.

Add emails to Correspondence Sent Log

Select this option to have Contract Management automatically log a sent document in the Correspondence Sent log.

Create Correspondence Sent record for each email recipient

Select this option to have a row added to the Correspondence Sent log for each email recipient when sending email to multiple recipients.

Include email attachments in Correspondence Sent record

Select this option to copy email attachments to the Correspondence Sent log. The attachments will only be copied if this option is selected.

I am currently connected to the file server

Select this option if you have a direct connection (access) to the location on the server where attachments are stored and intend to manually upload attachments to the file server. Clear this option if you do not have direct access to your network. In this case, files must be uploaded from your machine to the location specified by your administrator.

This option only displays if your administrator set the "Can access file server" privilege to Yes for your user account in the Contract Management Administration Application.

Reset Reminder Messages

Select this option if you want Contract Management to display reminder messages again.

For example, if a message appeared that said "Do not display this reminder anymore" and you chose to stop displaying it, selecting this option will cancel that action and display the messages again.

Ask me to copy commitments to budget when starting a new budgeted phase in change management

Select this option to remind you to copy commitments to the budget when you start a new budgeted phase in Change Management.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level (All Projects) folder, or on a project, and choose User Settings.
