Use this dialog box to link a P6 EPPM schedule activity with the currently selected document.

• Use the Search field to search for a particular activity.
• Click the first letter of an activity to go directly to that activity.

Click Select next to the desired activity to choose it. Use the Schedule Dialog Box to view activity details.

Note: If the Use Responsibility to Filter Activity Retrieval in Daily Reports option is selected in the Project Settings Dialog Box Schedule tab, only the linked activities that have a Responsibility code attached to them will appear. If the option is cleared, all linked activities in the same date period will appear.

How to access this dialog box:

1. When in Edit mode in some document windows, click the Schedule tab.
2. Click browse next to the Activity ID field.

   Note: This only displays when Contract Management is connected to a P6 EPPM database.
