Use this dialog box to view early/actual start and finish dates, original and remaining durations, percent complete, and total float for a document linked to a P6 EPPM activity. Use the Select Activity Dialog Box to select an activity.

Original Duration

The original time duration for the activity. This field is represented in hours.

Remaining Duration

The remaining time duration for the activity. This field is represented in hours.

% Complete

The percentage of the activity that is complete.

Start

The earliest date the activity can begin after its predecessor activities have finished (in a conventional, finish to start relationship).

An A to the right of this date indicates that this date is an actual start date for the activity.

Finish

The earliest date the activity can finish based on the completion of its predecessors (in a conventional finish to start relationship).

An A to the right of this date indicates that this date is an actual finish date for the activity.

Total Float

The number of work periods the start or finish of the activity can be delayed without affecting the project finish date.

Float is measured in hours, days, week, or months, depending on the project's planning unit, and can have negative, zero, or positive values.

Click the icon from the Schedule tab of various document windows.
