This dialog box lists available sorts, and allows you to add and delete sorts.

• If the sort is used in a layout, click View to open the View Sort Dialog Box to view the sort's parameters.
• If the sort is not used in a layout, click Edit to open the Edit Sort Dialog Box to edit the sort's parameters.
• Click Save As to open the Save Sort As Dialog Box to copy the sort and save it under a different name.

Add

Click to open the New Sort Dialog Box to add a new sort.

Sort

The name of the sort.

Used in Layout

• Yes indicates the sort is used in a layout. Click Yes to open the Sort is in Use Dialog Box to see which layouts use this sort.
• No indicates the sort is not used in any layouts.

Delete

Click to delete the item.

How to access this dialog box:

1. From a log window, click the Layout drop-down list, and select Customize Layouts.
2. Click Sort in the Customize Layouts Dialog Box.
