Use this dialog box to copy and save an existing grouping under a different name. You can create multiple grouping conditions at once, with the top taking precedence, and each subsequent condition taking precedence over any below it.
Grouping enables you to display documents in log windows by grouping criteria that you specify. For example, you can group and display documents by activity ID, package number, or any other available field. You can also apply different background colors to the grouping rows to differentiate them.
Title
Enter a name for the new grouping.
Add
Click to insert a new row at the bottom.
Organize Rows
Click to open the Organize Rows Dialog Box to set the order of the grouping rows.
Field
Select the name of the field you want to group documents by.
Background Color
Select the background color for the row from the drop-down list.
Sort
Select whether column name entries are sorted in ascending or descending order.
Total
You can use this field with any log. If you select Yes, Contract Management will total the values in the primary groupings.
