Inactivate a Contact

To inactivate a contact:

  1. Expand Project Information and click Companies.
  2. Open a Company Document Window and click the Contacts tab.
  3. Click Edit for the contact you want to inactivate.
  4. In the Contact dialog box, select the Inactive option to inactivate (disable) this contact. The contact is inactivated, but not deleted. You cannot make the key contact inactive.
  5. Click Save and Close.

    Note: To reactivate the contact, clear the Inactive option.
