Copy from an Existing Template

If you opted to copy an existing access template, do the following in the Contract Management Administration Application:

  1. In the Module section of the Access Template window, select the appropriate options (View, Add, Edit, Export, and Delete) to set the appropriate access privileges for each module.
  2. In the Change Management Module section, select the appropriate options (View, Add, Edit, Export, and Delete) to set the appropriate access privileges for each type of change document.
  3. In the Set Access for all Modules section, select the appropriate options to set access for all modules.
  4. In the Approval section, select the appropriate options to enable users to approve certain documents. If you select the Contract, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, or Requisitions options, you can also set a limit beyond which users cannot approve a document. This functionality applies to Contract Management versions 12.0 and later.

    The Daily Reports, Meeting Minutes, Requests, and Procurement options apply to all Contract Management versions.

  5. In the Template Users section, either click Add to add selected users, or click Add All Users to add all users.
  6. Click Save and Close when finished, or click Save and Add Another to add another access template.
