Add an Access Template

An access template is a collection of security settings that you can assign to users quickly, instead of having to assign access rights every time a user is added. An access template acts as a holder for security settings. Users can have a different access template assigned for each project, but only one access template can be assigned per project.

To add an access template:

  1. Log on to the Contract Management Administration Application.
  2. Click Access Templates to open the Access Templates – Main Window window.
  3. Click Create New Template to open the Create New Access Template Dialog Box.
  4. Enter a name for the template.
  5. Click one of the following:
