Update Contract Management Dates with P6 EPPM Schedule Dates

You can use early start and finish dates from the linked P6 EPPM schedule to update required start and required finish dates in Contract Management. The documents in Contract Management must at least have a start date for Submittal Preparation and a finish date for Approval Period for the activities associated with them. Click Update from Schedule from the Update Submittals Schedule object in the Workspace.

The following activities are automatically updated from the P6 EPPM schedule:

• Submittal preparation
• Approval period
• Resubmit
• Release to manufacturer
• Fabrication time
• Delivery time
• Successor activity
