Launch Reports from the Workspace

You can run reports directly from the Workspace using a Prepare Reports object. Select up to five reports to run directly from the Workspace by using a Prepare Reports object.

To add reports that you can run from the Workspace:

1. If the Prepare Reports object is not already on the Workspace, click Customize This Page at the top of the Workspace to open the Customize Control Center Dialog Box. Use this dialog box to add reports to the layout list.
2. From the Prepare Reports object, click Customize to open the Select Reports Dialog Box.
3. Select up to five reports for the Prepare Reports object and click Save.

   You can now click the links in the Prepare Reports object to open the reports directly.

Tips

• To open multiproject reports, you select the top level folder (All Projects) in the Project View.
• Users will not be able to run reports from modules to which they do not have access.
• If you want to add more than five reports, repeat the steps above to add another Prepare Reports object to the Workspace.
