Use the Select Reports dialog box to place up to five report types that you use frequently in your Prepare Reports object in the Workspace. You can then click on these types to open reports directly from the Workspace.

• Use the Search field to search for a particular report.
• Click the first letter of a particular log to go directly to that log.

Click the arrow next to the log name to open a list of reports for that log. Click Select next to a report to choose it. The reports will appear in the Prepare Reports object. Click Save when finished.

Notes:

• To select multiproject reports, click the top-level folder before opening this dialog box. To select single project reports, click a project before opening this dialog box.
• If you do not have access to a module, the item will not appear.

How to access this dialog box:

From the Prepare Reports object in the Workspace, click Customize .
