Export Data from a Contract Management Project

Use the following procedure to export data from Contract Management.

To export data:

• Either right-click on a project and choose Export, or choose Export from the Select an action drop-down list on a log window.
• From the drop-down list, select the module containing the report you want to export and click Show.
• Select the report you want to export.
• Click Save As to open the Save As dialog box. By default, Contract Management saves reports as .CSV Spreadsheet with Headers. You can also choose to save as .CSV Spreadsheet.

  Note: You must have export rights to export. In the User Project Access Dialog Box, the Export option must be selected for each module you want to export from.
