Customize Workspace Alerts Object Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to set preferences for the Alerts object in the Workspace, and to configure which documents appear in the Alerts Log Window, and how they appear.

Projects:

Show Alerts for All Projects

Choose to display actions from all projects, including projects not selected in the Project View.

Show Alerts for Items Selected in the View

Choose to display alerts only from projects within the selected folder.

Documents:

Organize Documents By

Select the primary method by which to organize documents with alerts.

Then By

Select the secondary method with which to organize documents with alerts. The module organizes the documents by the primary method first, then sorts the documents based on the secondary method.

Note: Contract Management checks security access rights before displaying the Alerts Log Window. If the user does not have access rights to a module or project (as configured in the User Project Access Dialog Box), the documents contained within will not appear in the alerts list. Documents with View and Write access will appear in the alerts list.

How to access this dialog box:

From the Alerts object in the Workspace, click Customize .
