This dialog box enables you to generate transmittals based on the revision updates and distribution contacts of your submittals and drawings. Based on your project settings, Contract Management makes entries in this dialog box when any of the following actions occur:

• A contact is specified in the Distribute Submittal Dialog Box and the Transmit option for that distribution is selected.
• The Sent or Forwarded dates are entered in the Submittal Document Window Review Cycles section.
• The Sent or Forwarded dates are entered in the Select Submittal Item Dialog Box (when the Multiple Reviewers option is selected in the Submittal document window).
• The Sent or Forwarded dates are modified in the Update Submittals in a Package wizard.
• A contact is specified in the Drawing Document Window Revision Distributed To section.
• A contact is specified on the Distributed To tab in the Drawing Set Document Window.

From this dialog box, you can create transmittals, print them, and combine transmittal items to the same recipient into one transmittal. If more than one transmittal exists for any contact in the transmittal queue, you can combine the information from all of the transmittals into one transmittal. You can also update the queue for every contact on your submittal or drawing sets distribution list. Click Transmittal Queue at the top of the module to display the number of transmittals in the Transmittal Queue, if there is at least one. If you update sent dates or distribution information for drawings, the number is updated.

Combine Transmittals to Same Contact

Select to combine all transmittals that are going to the same contact.

Print Transmittals During Create

Select to automatically print transmittals when you click Create from the Transmittal Queue.

Create

Click to send a single, selected transmittal from the Transmittal Queue to the Transmittal log.

Create All

Click to send all transmittals from the Transmittal Queue to the Transmittal log.

Remove and Remove All

Use Remove or Remove All to move columns from the Show These Columns list to the Available Columns list. When you use the layout, only the columns that are selected here will appear in the log window.

How to access this dialog box:

Click Transmittal Queue at the top of the window in Contract Management.
