Add users who will have access rights to open and use projects that are based on this template. When you use this page, you are copying Contract Management users created in the Contract Management Administration Application. These are the people who actually use Contract Management. This tab contains the following options:

1. Click Copy Users to open the Copy User Access Dialog Box to copy users to the template and give them access rights to projects based on their existing access rights.
2. Click Remove to remove users from the list. The users will not have access rights to projects based on this template.

   Note: Users added here receive default access rights to the modules unless they are selected from an existing project, in which case they get the same rights they had in that project.

When you finish entering all required information, click Finish to create the template.

How to access this dialog box:

1. From the Project View, right-click on the Templates folder and select New Template.
2. In the Add Template Dialog Box Project Page, click the Users tab.

   Note: You will need to enter a project name and title before clicking this tab.
