If the selected Contract Management project is connected to a P6 EPPM project, the Schedule Data window displays a list of activities in the linked P6 EPPM project, with a bar chart indicating the duration and scheduled dates of those activities.

Notes:

• This window only appears if the project is linked to a P6 EPPM schedule. If not you will get the message Cannot display planning data because this project is not connected to a P6 EPPM project.
• The settings for connecting Contract Management to P6 EPPM are entered during the Contract Management installation process. If you need to connect to P6 EPPM after you have already installed Contract Management, use the Primavera Administrator Configuration Utility to enter the URL. Browse to the location where Contract Management is installed, choose Contract Management, utility, CMAdminConfig, and open admincm.cmd. When prompted, enter the Contract Management Admin database User name and Password that you entered during the Contract Management installation.

After you establish a link to a P6 EPPM project using the Schedule tab in the Project Settings Dialog Box (right-click on a project and choose Project Settings), you can view activities in this window for the linked project. Contract Management lists activities in Activity ID order by default, showing early/actual start and finish dates, original and remaining durations, percent complete, and milestones for each activity.

To view this data for individual activities, select the Schedule tab in a submittal, RFI, or other document where you have entered Activity IDs.

Print

Click to print the schedule bar chart as it appears on screen.

Launch P6 EPPM Schedule

Click to launch P6 EPPM in a new browser.

Select an action

Click to display the list of actions you can perform on the current window.

User Productivity Kit

Click the User Productivity Kit link to launch the User Productivity Kit (sold separately), which you can use to view context-sensitive tutorials specific to the page you are viewing.

The Applicable Content checkbox will be marked. If specific tutorial content exists, select the appropriate link to display it. If specific tutorial content does not exist, clear the Applicable Content checkbox to choose from the list of available general tutorials.

Control Center

Click to return to the Workspace.

Fields:

Project Title

The title of the P6 EPPM schedule.

Project Start

The project start date.

Must Finish By

The date by which work on the project must be completed.

Data Date

The date on which the P6 EPPM project was scheduled.

Early Finish

This is the early finish date calculated when P6 EPPM last scheduled the project.

How to access this log window:

This log window can only be accessed if the selected Contract Management project is connected to a P6 EPPM project.

When connected to the P6 EPPM project, from the Contract Management Control Center, expand the appropriate project, expand the Project Information folder and click Schedule.
