Add Answer Distribution Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to create a distribution list of contacts to send an answer to (from an RFI).

Select

Click to open the Select Contacts Dialog Box to choose the contacts to send the answer to.

Date

The Contract Management module enters today's date. Click the calendar to select a different date.

Remarks

Additional comments or instructions.

Distributed To

The company this answer is being sent to.

Distributed To Contact

The name of the contact the answer is being sent to.

Required

The date a response is required. Click the calendar to select a date.

Responded

The date of the response. Click the calendar to select a date.

Cost Impact

Select whether the answer impacts the project cost.

Schedule Impact

Select whether the answer impacts the project schedule.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. Expand the Communication folder in the Project View and click Request for Information.
  2. From the Requests Log Window, choose a document from the list.
  3. On the Request for Information Document Window, click the Answer tab, and click Add (under Answer Distribution).
