Add Project Dialog Box – Users page


Add users who will have access rights to open and use this project. When you use this page, you are copying Contract Management users created in the Contract Management Administration Application. These are the people who actually use Contract Management. The following options are available when you open this page:

Copy Users

Click to open the Copy User Access Dialog Box to copy users from a project and give them access rights to the new project based on their existing access rights.

Remove

Click to remove the item from the list.

Note: Users added here receive default access rights to the modules unless they are selected from an existing project, in which case they get the same rights they had in that project.

When you have entered all required information, click Finish to create the project.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. From the Project View, right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and select New Project.
  2. In the Add Project Dialog Box, click the Users tab.

    Note: You will need to enter a project name and title before clicking this tab.
