Use this dialog box to add NAICS codes to the database. These categories are applied to the NAICS Codes drop-down list in the Company Document Window and on the Employee tab of the Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window. Users can then select these categories from the drop-down list for any project.

Enter the NAICS code.

Description

Enter a description of the NAICS code.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Safety, NAICS Codes.
2. Click Add or Edit on the NAICS Codes Dialog Box.
