Use this dialog box to define safety dispositions for your site. These categories are applied to the Dispositions drop-down list on the Status tab of the Safety Violation/Injury or Illness Report Document Window. Users can then select these categories from the drop-down list for any project.

Code

Enter a code for the disposition.

Description

Enter a description of the disposition code.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Safety, Dispositions.
2. Click Add on the Dispositions Dialog Box.
