Use this dialog box to create a new, customized hierarchy in which to save your projects and folders in the Project View.
Title
The name of the item.
Options
Click to open the View Options Dialog Box, in which you can set how projects appear in the view.
New Folder
Click to add a new folder at the current level.
New Subfolder
Click to add a new subfolder within the selected folder.
Insert Project
Click to open the Insert Project Dialog Box in which you can select projects to add to the selected folder.
Note: Insert Project does not add a new project. It creates a copy of the project you selected in the Insert Project dialog box. Contract Management then creates an icon with an arrow in it () to indicate that the project is a copy (aliased).
Arrow Keys
Use the arrow keys to move folders and projects around the view.
Rename
Click to rename an element.
Remove
Remove has three functions:
Hide
Click to hide a folder or project without removing it.
Click Unhide to make the item visible.

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Administer Views, New.
