Use this dialog box to edit the settings of the Project View.
Show
Mark one of the following options:
- Project Title (such as New Hotel)
- Project Name (such as ALLENTOWN)
- Project Name and Title (such as ALLENTOWN New Hotel)
Sort By
Select one of the following to determine the order of project tree items:
- Project Name - Ascending
- Project Name - Descending
- Project Title - Ascending
- Project Title - Descending
- Created Date (The newest item will appear at the top of the hierarchy.)
- None
Note:
- None is the default sort type for new installs and upgraded Contract Management environments.
- Your current view determines the sort type for the project tree. As your view changes, your sort type may also change.
- If you manually modify the view, the application set the Sort By value to None.
Folder
Select the default folder in which to place new projects or projects that do not have a folder.
How to access this dialog box:
Right-click the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Administer Views, Options.
Or
- Right-click the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Administer Views, and then choose one of the following:
- In the dialog box that opens, click Options.
