Use this dialog box to view statistics on all procurement items in the Procurement Items log.
Total Procurement Statistics:
Number of Items to Procure
The total number of procurement items in the log.
Percent of Items Procured by Number
The percentage of procurement items in the log that have been awarded, based on the total number of items in the log.
Calculation: (Number Procured) divided by (Total Number of Items)
Approximate Percent of Items Procured by Value
The percentage of procurement items in the log that have been awarded, based on the value of the procurement estimates of the awarded items vs. the total procurement estimate value for the whole log.
Calculation: (Estimated Value of Procured Items) divided by (Total Estimated Value)
Amount Procured/Awarded
The total value of all procurement items in the log that have been awarded.
Classification Goals:
Classification
The names of the three groups: DBE, MBE, and WBE.
Goal Percentage
The percentage of the total procured value of the project targeted for each group.
This value is assigned in the Procurement section of the Project Settings Dialog Box
Awarded Percentage
The actual percentage awarded to each group for all items in the log that have been awarded.
Award Value
The total amount awarded to each group for all items in the log that have been awarded.
Statistics by Division:
Division
The CSI division.
You can create new CSI divisions using the CSI Divisions Dialog Box.
Total Estimated Value
The total of the Estimate columns from the Bid Tabulation sections of all Procurement items, broken down by division.
Total Savings
The difference between the procurement estimate and the awarded value of all procurement items by division.
Awarded Percentage
The percentage of all procurement estimate values awarded per division for procurement items compared to the total estimated value.
Award Value
The total value awarded for all procurement items per division.
