Use this dialog box to view statistics on any bidder who has bid on any procurement item in this project.
Bidder
The name of the bidder.
Click Select to open the Select Bidder Dialog Box to choose a bidder.
Unawarded Procurement Items:
This section lists all procurement items on which this bidder has made a bid but has not been awarded to this bidder.
Spec Section
The specification section this procurement item falls under.
Title
The name of the item.
Type
The purchase type of the procurement item.
Estimate
The estimate for the procurement item.
Bid
The amount of the bid for the procurement item.
Complete
Indicates whether or not the bid is complete.
Savings
The difference between the procurement estimate and the bid.
Approved
Indicates whether or not the procurement item is approved.
Lowest
Indicates whether the selected bidder is the lowest complete bidder for the procurement item.
Lowest Complete Bidder:
This section lists the bidder who has the lowest complete bid on each procurement item.
Note: This section will be blank if the lowest complete bidder is the currently selected bidder, or if none of the bidders have submitted a complete bid.

The difference between the procurement estimate and the lowest bid.
Awarded Procurement Items:
This section lists all procurement items that have been awarded to this bidder.

The estimate for the procurement item.
Award Value
The value of the award for this procurement item.
Savings
The difference between the procurement estimate and the awarded value.
