Add Detail Item Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to add a detail item to the selected sub-item that is part of the scope item. A detail item is the third and final level below a procurement item.

Title

The name of the item.

Detail Item Cost:

Quantity

The number of items required.

U of M

The unit of measurement, if applicable.

Unit Price

The price per unit for the item.

Total Cost

The sum of all items in this document.

Comments

Any additional details about the item.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. Expand the Contract Information folder in the Project View and click Procurement.
  2. From the Procurement Items Log Window, choose a procurement item document.
  3. From a Procurement Item Document Window, click the Bid Tabulation tab.
  4. Click Add detail item next to the sub item for which you want to add detail items.
